Job Title: Digital Project Manager
Location: 100% Remote

About the Role:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Digital Project Manager to drive digital marketing and eCommerce initiatives for a rapidly growing CPG startup. This role reports directly to the Head of Growth and is crucial in managing project timelines, coordinating digital asset production, and ensuring smooth execution across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Oversee digital marketing and eCommerce projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
- Campaign Execution: Collaborate with marketing teams to produce and deploy ad creatives, landing pages, email campaigns, and social content.
- Asset Management: Manage the creation and updating of product images, banners, and content for eCommerce platforms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between marketing, design, operations and development teams to maintain alignment and efficiency.
- Tool Optimization: Oversee digital tools and platforms to streamline workflows and enhance project execution.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high content standards, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Performance Reporting: Provide updates on project status, milestones, and potential roadblocks to leadership.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital project management, especially within marketing and E-commerce.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media ads, CMS, email marketing).
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with creative production and familiarity with design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva).
- Hands-on experience with E-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, Salesforce, etc.).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a focus on high-quality execution.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, and online advertising best practices.
- Knowledge of web and app development workflows.
- Background in a fast-paced E-commerce or digital-first environment.
