Business Analyst

Tops: Minimum 6-7 years as a Business Analyst, you will be a key member of the IT team responsible for gathering the business requirements, analysis, documenting functional & interface specifications, non-functional requirements, preparing test cases, and assisting the business team in user acceptance testing. You will be responsible for handling the first level of queries from the business team, analyzing it, and will work closely with project teams to ensure the software solution provided meets business requirements. In this role, you'll leverage your knowledge of business requirements gathering and be instrumental in the successful implementation of IT projects.

• Must have hands-on experience in requirements analysis and documentation
• Must have good analytical skills, Must be able to foster teamwork among team members.
• Must have strong communication skills, Knowledge of Agile methodology
• Airline domain experience will be a added advantage
