React Developer

We’re a small, fast-growing product company located in Lviv that builds easy-to-use project management software for printed graphics and signage companies.

Our industry-specific software is used by signage manufacturers and wide-format printers to manage thousands of installation projects globally for some of the biggest brands in the world.

We’re looking for a frontend (React) developer with 2-3 years' experience to join our small but mighty team. This full-time position is based in our office in the center of Lviv.

This role is based in Lviv and offers a great work environment in the city center with a focus on in-office collaboration, with some flexibility for home / remote work when needed.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and Maintain Web Applications: Utilize your React expertise to build and maintain a high-quality application for our users around the world.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with our product manager, designer, and fellow developers to ensure seamless, functional, and appealing application designs.
• Troubleshoot and Optimize: Use your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application performance.
• Launch and Iterate: Deploy applications and iterate based on user feedback to continuously improve the product.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 - 3 years of commercial experience in frontend development, specifically with React.
• Technical Proficiency: Ability to write clean and understandable TypeScript code, good understanding of state management tools, strong grasp of APIs, databases, UI/UX standards, and version control tools like Git.
• A Problem Solver: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A Team Player: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
• An Eager Learner: High adaptability and a continuous learner who stays on top of industry trends and new technologies.
