Our Client is a US-based learning management system. The company provides development and IT training services for software professionals. They offer online training courses for developers and IT administrators through their website. In terms of this assignment, we will be working as an independent team with the client's stakeholders in the US.

If You Are

  • Experienced in finance, procurement, or operational coordination
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiar with financial and procurement systems
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and good at prioritizing
  • A problem-solver with a focus on process improvement
  • A team player with a proactive mindset and strong multitasking abilities
  • Capable of working effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Strong in communication and effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrating an Upper-Intermediate+ level of English


AND YOU WANT TO

  • Conduct financial planning for project revenues
  • Monitor project budgets and highlight discrepancies for review
  • Track and manage project expenditures
  • Verify the accuracy of time reports
  • Create invoices using internal tools
  • Collaborate with the finance department and project managers on billing-related matters
  • Propose and implement improvements to accounting operations processes
  • Schedule and organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes
  • Organize events to enhance team engagement, including team-building activities and meetings
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including plans, and status reports
  • Assist in monitoring project progress
  • Identify and report potential risks to the delivery management team
