We are looking for a Team Lead ofSMMtojoin our team.

Job Description

• Onboard and mentor a talented team of SMM professionals;
• Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, audience engagement, and lead generation on LinkedIn, Instagram, and future platforms like TikTok;
• Oversee the production and sharing of engaging, high-quality content tailored to each platform's unique audience and objectives;
• Foster social media communities by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments/messages, and building meaningful relationships;
• Lead social media campaigns from ideation to performance tracking, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals;
• Stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools, and competitor activities to keep our brand at the forefront of the industry;
• Partner with internal teams to integrate social media efforts with overarching marketing and PR strategies;
• Attend industry conferences alongside the PR team to capture live content, conduct interviews, and showcase the company’s expertise through interactions with C-level executives;
• Drive the creation of user-generated content for Instagram and TikTok, fostering authentic connections with our audience;
• Write and execute scripts in partnership with the PR team for Instagram Reels and other video formats;
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years in social media strategy, content creation, and team leadership;
• Demonstrated success in driving engagement and brand awareness across LinkedIn and Instagram;
• Strong knowledge of social media tools, analytics platforms, and emerging trends;
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills;
• Languages:Ukrainian native, English C1.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities;
• Experience with UGC campaigns and video content production is a strong plus.
