We are looking for a SMM Manager(Affiliate Marketing)to join our team.

Job Description

• Craft and implement social media strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation on LinkedIn and Instagram;
• Develop and deliver high-quality, engaging content aligned with each platform’s audience and objectives, staying ahead of trends;
• Oversee social media campaigns, from content creation to performance tracking;
• Collaborate with internal teams to sync social media efforts with broader marketing objectives;
• Develop UGC content for Instagram and TikTok (TikTok in the future);
• Write and execute scripts in collaboration with the PR team for IG Reels;
• Monitor and dissect social media performance data, offering regular insights and suggestions for improvement;
• Engage with our audience, responding to comments and messages, and fostering community growth;
• Keep a finger on the pulse of the latest social media trends and tools to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years in social media strategy & content creation;
• Strong knowledge of social media tools, analytics platforms, and emerging trends;
• Demonstrated success in driving engagement and brand awareness across LinkedIn and Instagram;
• Languages:Ukrainian native, English B2.
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience in affiliate marketing, the fashion industry, or creative agencies;
• Experience with UGC campaigns and video content production is a strong plus.
