Program Manager, Central Program Management Office

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in program or project management.
• 7 years of experience in a leadership role.
  
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business Administration in a Management or in a Technical, or Engineering field.
• 15 years of experience in program management, with 8 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Experience leading and delivering program.
• Experience in building and managing teams.
• Knowledge of program management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional environment with excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

The Central Program Management Office (CPMO) delivers cross-organization programs, processes, and services with a focus on driving simplification and improved productivity.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the idea, strategy, and roadmap ensuring alignment with global goals and local business needs, support relationships with stakeholders across different functions and levels, including executive leadership, engineering, product, and operations teams.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of program managers, reporting and problem solving specialists, and other Central Program Management Office (CPMO) staff, and oversee talent acquisition, performance management, and career development.
• Partner with Engineering teams in order to motivate execution of Horizontal programs, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget while meeting pre-aligned requirements, and guide the centralized Data Engineering/Data Science function for the CPMO.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including executive leadership, engineering, product, and operations teams.
