The Site Business Analyst role will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to extend their skills within the IT function and apply them to a fast-moving generic pharmaceutical and biosimilars business. This role involves exposure to the operations of Manufacturing Sites in Slovenia focusing on business processes and manufacturing IT solutions. Additionally, partners with Business Stakeholders and other Technology Strategic Business Partners for demand analysis, solution proposal/evaluation and projects delivery.

Major Accountabilities

• Provides solid understanding in the field of production execution systems, particularly for various generations of WERUM/Körber products
• Provides solid understanding and expertise of IT solutions in production, such as Historian (OSI-PI), SAP-PP/PI, SAP-MII, Warehouse-Mgt., Track&Trace.
• Contribute to create -consistency and traceability between user requirements, functional specifications, and testing and validation.
• Support validation and testing as appropriate and ensure adherence to Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Service Delivery scope.
• Support with internal IT systems and documentation requirements, standards (including quality management and IT security), regulatory environments / requirements (if applicable), TT Service Portfolio and with industry best practices in leveraging technologies for the business and taking advantage of reusable products, solutions and services wherever applicable.
  
  

Minimum Requirements

Work Experience:

• Work experience in the process industry; preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, leveraging digital technology/big data, multinational global experience, interactions with senior management, influence without authority, cross-border collaboration.
• Experience with a proven track record of leading IT and/or OT projects.
• Experience with computer system validation and audits/inspections in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a complex global matrix organization.
• Experience in IT service operations
