EU Project Coordinator (italian speaking)

In this role you can fulfil your ambitions as both an operations and project manager

Description

  • Handling internal and external communication by phone, in writing and in person
  • Liaising with incoming European student groups, their teachers and EU coordinators
  • Liaising with your in-house partners
  • Acquiring and contacting new partners
  • Managing databases
  • Administration of Erasmus plus mobility contracts, follow-up of documents
  • Delivering educational activites and projects
  • We also welcome applications from fresh graduates!

Requirements

  • Minimum of secondary education
  • You must have a minimum level of English (B2)
  • Good level of Italian
  • You have a good command of MS Office programs (Word, Excel)
  • You have good organisational and coordination skills
  • You must be able to learn and have a good workload
  • You like not having to sit at a desk all day
