Human Resources Coordinator

We are looking for a switched on, attentive HR Coordinator for a 12 month temporary position to cover a period of leave. This role is for an elite global financial services organisation based in Sydney CBD.

Your new role

• Supporting a team of busy HRBPs, your role will sit across all aspects of HR
• Using Workday you will be managing inductions and termination requests
• You will be hosting virtual onboarding sessions with new employees (must be confident speaking in front of a group)
• Working with the external provider to process visa transfers
• Work closely with payroll to manage compensation changes
• Working with the TA team to manage compliance and verbal reference requests
• Auditing and reporting
• Organising celebratory lunches as well as internal award and recognition programmes
• Helping to manage performance management timelines
• BAU admin as required

You will need

• Full working rights (no Working Holiday Visas are able to apply)
• A go-getting attitude, we need someone happy to role up their sleeves and assist many separate units
• 2 years + in a high performing HR Coordination role
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
• You must be career driven and motivated to excel in a high standards environment
