Your role in our team


You will become part of the Global HR Operations with reference to our HR Director in Denmark.

As our new Human Resource People Regional Partner, you will partner with leaders across commercial and corporate support business lines in Austria but more specifically with the Space Operations line of the business. You will serve as a specialist and subject matter expert in HR operations, employee relations, performance management, talent development, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.


How you will make a meaningful contribution


Your key responsibilities include:


  • Employee Life Cycle: You are responsible for all employees in Austria and support all HR processes independently, from onboarding to exit and change processes incl. their administration, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of applicable CBA provisions (Electronics Industry)
  • Business Partnering: Advise and support our managers on all operational and, in some cases, strategic HR topics and support them in implementing our HR Strategy
  • HR Controlling: Provide HR metrics and reports
  • Act as interface: between international HR-Team, payroll, internal and external Stakeholders and ensure timely communication and information (e.g. adjustments and any other changes) as well as constructive dialog with the Works Council
  • Change Processes: Execute on global HR organization initiatives regarding future organizational structures and change management and help strengthen our corporate culture in line with our Terma values
  • HR Projects & Processes: Proactively solve HR-related challenges and work on projects to further develop HR processes in cooperation with your colleagues and international teams


Bring your world class expertise into play


You are fluent in English and German both in writing and verbal.


  • You have minimum 3 years of experience in a related capacity, regardless of age or seniority
  • You have solid knowledge of Austrian employment laws and regulations
  • You have experience with Electrical and Electronics Industry, CBA is an advantage
  • You have an affinity for compliance, requirements, and implementing new processes

You are ambitious and driven, always seeking ways to improve processes. With a natural action bias, you take initiative and follow through to ensure results. For legal reasons, we would like to point out the minimum salary of € 63.737,38 gross per year on a full-time basis (38,5 hours). Based on your qualifications, we offer an attractive salary, which may be higher than the collective agreement.
