We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Security Engineer to join our Information Security team. As a critical team player with strong technical expertise, you will improve security architecture of our infrastructure, ensuring its resilience, performance, and alignment with industry best practices. In this role, you will design and implement robust security measures, conduct risk assessments, and manage security solutions across our systems and platforms. By collaborating with engineering and development teams to integrate security into the software development lifecycle and responding to critical security incidents, you’ll play a key role in fortifying our defenses and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Security Engineer to join our Information Security team. What You’ll Do
- Responsible for the Security Architecture of the infrastructure.
- Design and deploy security measures and technologies to protect our infrastructure and keep it secure.
- Conduct risk and security assessments of the infrastructure to identify and mitigate any findings.
- Establish and validate baseline security configurations for devices and systems in the infrastructure, including operating systems, orchestration frameworks, cloud platforms, and automation pipelines.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate and manage the Security part of the SSDLC and to ensure security best practices.
- Manage the security solutions across the infrastructure.
- Assist with Information Security Incident Response activities as the main contact point.
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Support the audits relating to infrastructure-level security audit requirements and ensuring compliance with all relevant requirements that RSI must abide to.
- Reporting to Management with Metrics and KPIs
- At least 4 years’ experience in the infrastructure security field.
- Solid knowledge of cloud security principles and hands-on experience with cloud providers including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Practical experience with firewalls and Web Application Firewalls (WAFs), endpoint security solutions, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and secret management tools.
- At least 2 years’ experience implementing and managing a SIEM.
- Very good knowledge of Linux operating systems and orchestration systems.
- Strong knowledge of automation and scripting, such as PowerShell, Python, Bash, Ansible, and Terraform.
- Working knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and SOX.
- Decisive, possess critical thinking skills, and work with minimal supervision.
- Strong team-oriented interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
