New Product Introduction Manager

NPI Manager

The New Product Introduction (NPI) Manager is responsible for managing the scope, budget, schedule, and delivery of Technology Transfer projects for new products, including drug substances, drug products, medical devices, and finished packaging, to either internal sites or external CMO sites.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute multi-discipline Tech Transfer projects, including preparing project charters, cost estimates, budgets, and tracking deliverables.
• Lead project teams through all phases from design to regulatory submission, ensuring alignment with business needs and priorities.
• Develop project controls and communicate progress, risks, and metrics regularly, ensuring smooth transitions between project and operational phases.
• Manage project cost tracking, cross-charging, and cash flow in conjunction with Finance, and support continuous improvement of TT practices across the network.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, ensuring appropriate resource allocation and internal/external communication, with experience in using Smart Sheet for tracking milestones and metrics.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated leadership of technical or operational teams or projects within a biopharmaceutical manufacturing organization
• Experience within new product introduction project work is preferred
• Experience of biopharmaceutical Bulk Drug Substance (BDS) manufacturing, Aseptic Fill Finish and Finished Packaging
• Minimum undergraduate degree in science/business or engineering
