Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a passion for driving innovation and improving processes? Join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping the future of our mortgage platform and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Development & Management: Configure platform features to deliver business value, assist with testing, and ensure high-quality changes.
• Process Improvement: Analyze workflows and processes to identify opportunities for enhancing efficiency for both back-office teams and customers.
• Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with teams to address bottlenecks and streamline the mortgage process.
• Partnerships: Work with third-party providers to enhance platform capabilities, participate in design workshops, and define business requirements.
• Change Management: Plan and deliver business changes with a clear roadmap to ensure successful implementation.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Build test plans, execute test scripts, identify defects, and support testing of calculators and automated decision engines.
• Risk Assessment: Assess risks from identified issues, support risk assessments, and proactively anticipate potential challenges.
• Sign-Offs: Approve acceptance criteria before production releases.

Must Have:

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in the mortgage or financial services industry.
• Proven experience working on software projects, gathering and defining requirements with a strong understanding of system functionality from a business perspective.
• Strong analytical skills with a user-centered mindset and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Strong user acceptance testing (UAT) for software projects.
