Community Manager (Italy)

CoinEx is looking for a passionate Community Manager!

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Community Manager to join our team. As a Community Manager, you will play a crucial role in representing our community and facilitating communication between community members and internal teams. Additionally, you will engage with stakeholders within CoinEx and on a global scale, as well as manage relationships with external suppliers at the local level.

Responsibilities:

• Build and execute the strategy for community engagement strategies to cultivate an active and vibrant community across various channels including Telegram, Twitter primarily
• Host community events on Telegram & Twitter
• Actively engage with our community across platforms to foster a strong interactive user base
• Creating engaging social media content, community event calendars to foster interactions within the community
• Keep an eye on key community engagement metrics and KPIs, offering brilliant recommendations for ongoing improvement
• Work with marketing team to plan and host virtual events and initiatives such as AMAs and calls to educate, increase brand awareness

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in the Crypto or blockchain industry.
• Passion for the Crypto industry and a deep understanding of its trends and developments
• Familiarity with Telegram and Twitter
• Excellent communication skills with a high degree of planning and execution skills.
• Strong sense of service and adaptability, with the ability to deal with emergencies.
• Advanced in English communication skills, Proficient in the local language, good knowledge of the local customs.
