Hey there! I’m Indre , Head of Finance at Hostinger, and we’re on a thrilling growth journey! I’m looking for a dynamic Strategic Finance Partner who’s eager to build high-impact operations and introduce fresh, innovative ideas. This is a diverse role with much room for growth as we scale rapidly.

You’ll collaborate closely with C-level executives, External partners, and our CFO, challenging the status quo, and developing strategies to boost business performance and enhance our financial success.

Your Day-to-day

• Partner with Leadership: Work closely with C-level executives and the Board to drive strategic decisions and adopt top-tier financial practices.
• Manage Financial Strategy: Oversee cash flow, FX risks, and investment plans to meet funding needs and maximize returns.
• Build Strategic Partnerships: Develop strong relationships with financial institutions and consultants to support growth and stability.
• Make Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze financial data, identify trends and risks, and implement solutions or share insights.
• Lead Projects: Provide financial expertise for company initiatives, with a scope that matches company’s priorities and your interests.
• Improve Finance Operations: Help with OKR planning, business performance reviews, process improvements, and automation.
  
  

Your Skills And Experience

• Have Proven Experience: At least 7 years in finance with a track record of making data-driven, high-stakes decisions.
• Take Ownership: Transform insights into action, balancing business goals with financial priorities.

• Adopt Best Practices: Gather effective internal and external strategies to achieve the highest standard of results.
