As a Senior OT Cybersecurity Consultant, you will help industrial organizations strengthen their resilience against cyber threats. Working alongside a specialized OT security team, you will assess and secure Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), and cyber-physical systems across vital industries in the Netherlands and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead OT security projects, including risk assessments, security transformations, and architecture design.
• Identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks in complex OT environments.
• Provide strategic security recommendations and assist in implementation.
• Collaborate with engineers, CISOs, and executives to improve digital resilience.
• Prepare and present clear reports with actionable security insights.
• Travel to client sites across Europe, the Middle East, and other regions.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in OT cybersecurity.
• Professional level of English
• Living in The Netherlands
• Technical expertise in OT security, ICS, and critical infrastructure.
• University degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Cybersecurity.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; based in the Netherlands and open to travel.
