Responsibilities

• Configuring and managing Cisco switches, ASR routers, and firewalls while ensuring security policies are up to date.
• Troubleshooting BGP, OSPF, and VRRP protocols, managing Internet Exchange connections, and enhancing network redundancy with SD-WAN.
• Use Ansible/Terraform for automation, maintaining IaC configurations, and optimizing provisioning and monitoring.
• Monitoring network health with NMS tools (e.g., Observium), resolving network issues, and ensuring compliance with NIST/ISO 27001 standards.

Qualifications

• Cisco: Routing and switching
• Protocols: BGP & OSPF
• Knowledge with SD-WAN
• Automation: Ansible or Terraform
• Cisco Firewalls configuration
