What will you be doing as a Project Manager in Digital Marketing?

Lead and strategically plan digital marketing activities to enhance client outcomes.

Manage end-to-end project delivery, including project planning, team coordination, and financial oversight.

Communicate regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction and alignment with their goals.

Ensure project goals are met, focusing on both client objectives and internal profitability.

Prepare detailed reports and provide consultative support to clients.

Identify opportunities for upselling services to existing clients and assist with acquiring new business.

Onboard new projects and team members, providing mentorship and guidance to junior staff.

Stay on top of marketing trends and implement innovative solutions.

Job requirements

What sets you up for success? 

• At least 2-3 years of experience in project management within the marketing field, preferably within a digital agency.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, email marketing, content marketing).
• Proficiency in CRM tools.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and communicate clearly.
• Fluency in Slovene and a strong command of English.
• High level of responsibility and reliability.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to learning and growth.
• Nice to Have: Additional language skills (particularly German, Italian, or French), knowledge of design principles and copywriting, experience with WordPress/WooCommerce, and familiarity with Hubspot and marketing automation tools.
