We are looking for an AI Data Engineer for our client in Basel with experience in validation and quality assurance of data-driven models. In this role, you will review and optimize AI-generated data, support interdisciplinary teams, and contribute to the advancement of data-driven decision-making processes.

Your Responsibilities

• Validate and review AI-generated data (LLMs) against scientific sources such as research articles, regulatory documents, and databases.
• Identify and document discrepancies, errors, or ambiguities in extracted data.
• Ensure quality, consistency, and completeness of curated datasets according to established standards.
• Apply scientific expertise to assess data related to drug development, safety indicators, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to refine curation standards and improve AI models.
• Prepare reports and documentation to track validation processes and quality metrics.
  
  

Your Profile

• Master's degree in Biology, Pharmacology, Drug Development, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Experience in data curation, annotation, or systematic review of scientific content is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of machine learning, LLMs, or NLP technologies is desirable but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Ability to synthesize complex scientific data into clear and actionable insights.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in an interdisciplinary environment.
