We are looking for AI engineer (developer) to join our international team!

We are developing an innovative platform for user assistance utilizing generative AI technology. Our goal is to create intelligent, responsive, and adaptable assistance that enhances user interaction and provide seamless customer service experiences. As an AI Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the platform’s AI capabilities, leveraging state-of-the-art machine learning techniques to deliver solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers real-world problems, refine use cases, define AI-based solutions tailored to their needs.
• Research technical feasibility, develop PoCs (proof of concept) before full-scale implementation.
• Design, implement, maintain MVP solutions based on the existing microservice architecture and Azure Cloud
• Evaluate quality of solution using AI metrics to ensure high performance.
• Apply techniques and concepts of prompt engineering, multi agents, search over unstructured data, RAG, and model fine-tuning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Python software development for 2+ years with strong understanding of:

1. Core Python concepts and best practices.
2. API frameworks: FastAPI, Flask, Quart
3. Microservice architecture and design patterns

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB), vector DB (FAISS, ChromaDB)
• Experience with search engines and cloud storages (ElasticSearch, AWS S3, Azure Blob Storage)
• Strong background in ETL pipelines for unstructured data processing (web scraping, document parsing, OCR, noise removal) and text preprocessing (tokenization, stop-words, stemming, normalization)
• Hands-on experience with NLP, including techniques like text generation, sentiment analysis, categorization, chunking, vectorization, embeddings, and entity recognition.
• Experience in training, fine-tuning small/large language models.
• Familiarity with building AI applications using LangChain, LlamaIndex, AI Agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, Swarm, others)
• Experience in LLM quality assessment with AI KPI metrics (Ragas)
• Experience in Azure AI services / Google Vertex / Amazon (Cognitive Search, Vertex AI Matching Engine, Amazon Kendra)
• Experience in Dockerization (Dockerfile, DockerCompose)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills (English is project language) and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
