About the position  

You will be:

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across global cross functional teams, external partners, and Running Steer Co, including executives, department heads, and team members, to ensure alignment and support for innovation projects.


• Communicating project goals, progress, and challenges to stakeholders, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.


• Identifying and address stakeholder concerns and expectations to mitigate risks and ensure project success.


• Facilitating stakeholder meetings and workshops to gather input, make decisions, and resolve issues in a timely manner.


• Driving and managing the project timeline by establishing clear milestones, deadlines, and deliverables, and regularly monitoring progress against the timeline.


• Identifying potential risks and delays to the project timeline early on and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.


• Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize project activities and resources to optimize the project timeline and ensure on-time delivery.


• Evaluating and adjusting the project timeline as needed based on changing priorities, resource availability, and external factors.

So, what does it take to be successful in this role? 

You have a minimum of 5 years of experience leading multiple high-visibility and complex physical product innovation projects, overseeing the entire process from ideation to launch within the FMCG industry. Additionally, you demonstrate effectiveness in collaborating with senior business partners of diverse backgrounds and communication styles. You excel in timeline management within fast-paced environments and are proficient in utilizing project management tools.
