Product Manager (Delivery)

IRON sheep TECH is working closely with a New York-based start-up, building a sweepstakes gaming app for the global market. We are looking for an execution-focused Product Manager to help drive the delivery of product features, ensuring high-quality execution across engineering, QA, and design teams while iterating on live features to enhance user experience.

The JOB

This role is highly execution-oriented, reporting to the Head of Product Engineering. You will be deeply involved in the product development process, ensuring features move efficiently from ideation to launch and continuous improvement. Your focus will be on delivering product features, verifying the quality of work across engineering, QA, and design, and ensuring smooth integration and optimization of live product features.

You will:

• Own the execution of features, making sure they are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Work closely with engineers, QA, and designers to troubleshoot issues and drive solutions.
• Continuously iterate on live product features, analyzing user feedback and data to make improvements.
• Verify and validate engineering outputs, ensuring they align with product requirements.
• Proactively identify blockers and inefficiencies in the development process and drive resolutions.
• Ensure clear communication across teams, keeping stakeholders aligned on priorities and progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Head of Product Engineering to prioritize and execute the product roadmap.
• Work with engineers, QA, and design to ship high-quality features efficiently.
• Own feature releases, ensuring proper testing, deployment, and post-launch monitoring.
• Iterate on existing features based on user feedback and data insights.
• Verify deliverables from engineering and QA, ensuring they meet product requirements.
• Work closely with customer support to identify and resolve product issues.
• Optimize internal workflows to speed up execution without sacrificing quality.

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Product Manager who thrives on making things happen and ensuring the product runs smoothly.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with gaming, fintech, or sweepstakes products.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or analytics platforms (Amplitude, Tableau, etc.).
