Technical Product Manager @HeyBlu
As a Technical Product Manager, your role is essential in orchestrating the setup, administration, and seamless integration of core systems within our organization. While expertise in core banking credit platforms (like Mambu) is a plus, we welcome candidates with strong backgrounds in configuring and administering complex IT systems, particularly in the financial sector. You will serve as the go-to expert for understanding internal workflows reliant on core systems, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.
What you’ll have to do:
- Product Strategy: Develop the technical strategy for the product, including the technology stack and architecture.
- Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a technical roadmap that supports the business objectives.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze the performance of technical components and ensuring they meet the required standards.
- Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest technological trends and integrating innovative solutions into the product.
- System Configuration: Lead the configuration and customization of our core system to meet specific organizational requirements, leveraging your technical expertise.
- Administration: Oversee the administration of user access, permissions, and security protocols within the core banking ecosystem.
- Integration Management: Develop and maintain integrations between the core system and other systems, including third-party applications and internal applications.
- Workflow Optimization: Analyze and streamline internal processes and workflows that intersect with the core system, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains.
- Issue Resolution: Provide prompt and effective troubleshooting support for core-related issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Documentation and Training: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the configurations, integrations, and operational procedures. Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and proficiency in utilizing the system effectively.
- Training and Knowledge Sharing: Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders on core system functionalities and best practices. Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues to enhance team capabilities.
How we’d like you to be:
- With advanced knowledge in complex IT system administration, with a solid understanding of technical concepts and functionalities, particularly in the core banking systems.
- With significant, proven experience in analytics, business intelligence or data engineering, preferably in a B2B SAAS environment, and cloud concepts.
- With strong analytical skills to tackle complex workflows, identify root causes of issues, and propose data-driven solutions.
- With advanced Proficiency in querying relational databases (SQL) and familiarity with at least some of the following tech stacks: REST APIs, Object Oriented Programming SQL.
- Able to communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering a shared understanding of the system capabilities and requirements.
- Proficient in CRM platforms like Salesforce.
- With knowledge around data protection regulations in different economical areas and application security.
- With knowledge around complex and secure permissions models.
- With Experience/Knowledge around data management (how to store, control access, import/export, handle, analyze, clone, backup, and archive data).
- Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs, demonstrating agility and flexibility in navigating dynamic environments.
- With attention to detail in system configurations, documentation, and issue resolution processes to ensure accuracy and reliability.
