Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in mobile game development
• Skilled in creating wireframes, using design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Miro, and similar tools
• Deep understanding of UX principles, usability heuristics, and player psychology
• An excellent sense of typography, layout, general design principles and attention to detail
• Ability to iterate and prototype quickly
• Knowledgeable about web, mobile, and cross platform standards
• Strong design, drawing, color, composition, and conceptual ideation abilities
• Versatile in design approaches, able to meet the unique requirements of various clients and projects, delivering designs that add business value
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to challenge assumptions, refine requirements, and propose innovative solutions
• A team player with outstanding communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively across different disciplines
• Advanced level of English
• Excellent communication skills.

• Experience with motion design, animations, or UI transitions
• Interest in AI-driven UX solutions and optimization techniques

Responsibilities

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups that enhance player engagement and usability
• Map out user flows, define interactions, and anticipate various gameplay scenarios to ensure smooth navigation
• Analyze industry trends, competitor games, and player behaviors to drive UX innovation
• Work closely with Product, Art, and Development teams to align UX strategies with game design and business goals
• Continuously test and iterate designs based on feedback, usability testing, and player insights
• Work alongside developers to bring designs to life while maintaining consistency and high-quality execution.
