- Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
- Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
- Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
- Be a productive member of the team.
- 8+ years of experience in Agile roles, with 4+ years as a Scrum Master.
- Guide teams in adopting Agile values, principles, and best practices.
- Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and ensuring smooth Agile execution using Jira.
- Serve as a change leader, identifying and resolving challenges to improve team performance, productivity, and Agile maturity.
- Coach teams toward high performance by tailoring Agile and Lean practices to organizational needs.
- Foster a community of Change Agents by launching and sustaining Agile Guilds and Centers of Excellence.
- Continuously measure and drive improvements in Agile maturity and effectiveness.
- Influence and align stakeholders at all levels to support Agile transformation.
- Provide Agile coaching at team, program, and enterprise levels to drive organizational change.
- Facilitate Agile adoption across technical, business, and transformation domains.
- Proven experience implementing Agile ways of working in large organizations and coaching multiple teams to high performance.
- Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks and methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
- Ability to adapt Agile practices to unique organizational needs.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and teaching skills.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Mural.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, SAFe, ICP-ACC) are highly preferred.
