Circle K Business Centre is a shared service center which supports Circle K Europe operations through a wide range of services within Finance & Control, Information Technologies, Human Resources, Transport Fuel and Customer Service.

Circle K is part of the Canadian company Alimentation Couche Tard Inc. (Couche-Tard), one of the world's largest joint-stock convenience retail companies, listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSE). It has operations in North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. It has approximately 12,300 sites across its network in North America (U.S. and Canada), Europe (Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Ireland, Poland, the Baltics), Asia and the Middle East. In the last few years, our continuously growing development teams (currently over 300 skilled IT professionals) have successfully implemented and deployed various software solutions to Circle K customers across Europe and North America. Among the solutions you will find web applications, native mobile applications and technical components.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in software development
• Strong experience with Angular, including the ability to build complex and scalable front-end applications.
• Proficiency in TypeScript for developing robust, maintainable, and high-performance code.
• Expertise in CSS and SCSS for creating responsive and visually appealing interfaces.
• Experience working with UI/UX designers and using tools like Figma to extract design specifications and asse
• Proven ability to mentor team members, share knowledge, and lead technical training sessions.
• Very good problem solving and analytical skills
• Great communication skills
• Good English language skills, both written and verbal
  
  

This position is hybrid, 2+ days a week in our Circle K Business Centre office at Puławska 145 Warsaw.

MUST HAVE Skills & Experience

• Angular (3+)
• TypeScript
• RxJS basic
• SCSS
• Unit testing (Jest, Spectator)
• Focus on clean code
• Ability to provide extensive code review for peers
• Understanding of programming principles affecting code architecture
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and cross-functional teams
• Ability to collaborate effectively with PO, SM, BA's, Architects and Testers
• Hands on experience in documentation creation (JIRA, Confluence)
• Hands on experience in agile software development methodologies
• (SCRUM)
• English on at least B2/C1 level or higher

• Domain-driven design (DDD)
• Experience working with custom Design Systems
