• Monitor the delivery execution and bring change and improvements ideas for successful execution
• Help/guide teams/organization to maximize their Agile maturity and adopt an Agile mindset and embrace Agile values, principles and practices
• Ambassador for the promotion and deployment of the Agile methodology and tools throughout the organization
• Focus on continuous improvement of teams and the organization through “inspect and adapt”
• Applies a range of tools and practices from agile and lean to addresses enterprise-wide bottlenecks

• Ensure communication and alignment with all stakeholders
• Continuously evolves the ways of working across the enterprise to ensure realization of business and customer value
• Implement agile practices at enterprise scale to promote alignment, collaboration and delivery across large numbers of agile teams.
• Coach & Mentor Agile roles to drive business value and improve organizational agility
• Coaches people across all layers of the enterprise by changing their mind-sets (such as systems thinking) and behaviors (such as servant leadership) to help unlock their potential
• Ensures that teams follow the enterprise scaling principles and processes (ex: dependency management, demand prioritization, etc.) to align with company strategy.
• Comply with the Bank's Information Security Policies and Procedures, in particular not to disclose confidential, sensitive and internal confidentiality information owned by Garanti Bank to third parties
• Support the Audit and Internal Control activities carried out throughout the Bank within the scope of its field of activity and to cooperate with the relevant units for these activities
• Oversee the implementation and development of the Bank's Occupational Health and Safety rules within the scope of its mandate, and cooperating with the relevant units in occupational health and safety studies
• Good understanding of project management, system/software development lifecycle (SDLC) techniques and various industry standard agile practices (DevOps, Continuous Delivery, Continuous Integration)
• Build reports/dashboards to monitor and control team performance based on the agile metrics
• Having deep knowledge and being willing to work in measuring and evaluating the level of organizational productivity and efficiency.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field or equivalent job experience
• Minimum 3 years of experiences as Agile Coach or Scrum/Kanban Master
• Having deep knowledge in Agile approaches, especially Scrum and Kanban
• Having deep knowledge in Scaling Agile
• Experience of coaching and training individuals and teams in Agile concepts and practices
• Experience in technical agility (Test Automation, Refactoring, CI/CD, etc.) is a plus
• Certified Agile Coach/ Scrum Master is a plus
• Preferably Agile Transformation experience in Technology Sector (Banking, Insurance, etc)
• Good command of verbal, written and presentation skills in English
• Male candidates should have no military obligations
