Engineer III

1. Scope of Responsibilities

• Provide technical site support to operation manager and support in terms of required coordination with the respective teams to ensure execution as per defined parameters
• Provide support to ensure project material delivery and submit deliverables to client
  
  

2. Primary Duties

• Provide technical support to site team and OIM to ensure coordination with site for any query.
• Assist the OIM for delivery of required spares and material to site
• Liaise with logistics team to develop necessary documents to deliver goods to site
• Provide support to manager in managing variation orders within the project
• Assist manager to prepare Work instruction for client approval
• Manages activities related to maintaining detailed records of all resources on the project
• Coordinates with site team and business support team to prepare and issue deliverables such as material requisition forms for procurement and service requisition forms for Subcontracts.
• Coordinate and participate in routine checks for material expediting requirements at supplier’s shops after consultation from Principal Engineer or Operation manager.
• Assist finance team for compiling and issuing invoices against project milestones or completion of variation orders.
• Manage execution of Variation order under supervision of Operations manager
• Follow up and close safety actions
• Contribute to the development of the project plans, schedules and estimates.
• Assist site team by preparing routine report (daily, monthly) as per the project milestone requirements
• Fully comply with and adhere to Petrofac Safety, Health, Security and Environmental policies and procedures.
• Perform any other related duties and responsibilities as required by reporting manager.

8. Physical Effort and Work Environment

Office environment. Mostly in air-conditioned surroundings and involve limited physical effort. Regular visits to the sites and Fabrications yards.

9. Minimum Job Requirement
