💡 Your role:

We’re looking for a skilled PHP Developer to join a specialist in-house development team, working on cutting-edge web applications and integrations. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-impact eCommerce solutions, collaborate with industry experts, and develop custom features for dynamic platforms.

💡 What you'll be doing:

• Developing and deploying web applications with a focus on PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MariaDB.
• Working with REST APIs to integrate third-party services into custom-built platforms.
• Writing and deploying high-quality, maintainable code that adheres to technical briefs and industry best practices.
• Providing technical support alongside the support team to resolve client and application issues.
• Ensuring system security and performance through optimisation and best practices.
• Participating in on-call support rotation (shift-based).

💡 What we’re looking for:

• PHP Development: Strong experience in PHP, with the ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Web Technologies: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MariaDB.
• API Integrations: Experience working with REST APIs to enable seamless integrations.
• Server Management: Comfortable working in a Linux server environment.
• eCommerce & Frameworks (Desirable): Magento 2, WordPress, Laravel experience is a plus.
• Infrastructure Knowledge: Familiarity with Nginx, Varnish, Redis, OpenSearch is advantageous.
• Security Awareness: Understanding of web security best practices and performance optimisation.
• Problem-Solving & Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, troubleshooting issues and refining solutions.
