Job Description & Requirements

As a Data Science Practitioner, you will play a key role in developing AI/ML-driven frameworks and models to drive business decision-making. Your responsibilities will include evaluating the impact of AI/ML solutions, ensuring their effectiveness, and justifying their value. You will serve as a subject matter expert (SME), leading and collaborating with the team while being accountable for team decisions. Additionally, you will work closely with multiple teams, contributing to strategic decisions and providing solutions to complex problems across various functions.

A high level of expertise in Data Science is essential, along with strong proficiency in Data Analysis, Data Interpretation, and Data Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop innovative AI/ML models to optimize business decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve data-related challenges.
• Stay updated on the latest AI/ML advancements and apply them to enhance business outcomes.
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of data governance and quality standards.

Must-Have Skills:

a. Proficiency in Python

b. 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Data Science
