Information Technology Manager

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

IVECO is looking for an experienced professional to join their team as Information Technology Manager for Türkiye. The ideal candidate leads and manages both internal and external resources within IVECO entities in Türkiye. Responsible for the local strategy, demand management, service delivery, service operations and budget for the applications in the business in Türkiye in accordance with IVECO IT strategy and guidelines. Manage relationships with regional and global teams to ensure a high level of service across the application landscape for both locally managed and globally managed solutions.

Responsibilities

• Understand business priorities, strategy, and opportunities for IT.
• Plan the local market IT roadmap according to local business needs and aligned with regional and global standards and IT budget constraints.
• Plan and perform, within defined target and variance, the IT budget and forecast and tracking of actuals.
• Deliver IT applications and infrastructure according to agreed roadmap and shared prioritization with business leaders.
• Manage IT operations against budget, agreed SLAs, and minimize business disruptions.
• Manage external service providers to ensure contractual compliance and delivery within expectations.
• Manage and leverage local IT resource in combination with remote teams to provide strong service delivery with minimal duplication of resources.
• Serve as subject matter expert for the market on IT issues and represents IT within the local business with a focus on service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with Iveco policies, standards, and cybersecurity guidelines.

Qualifications

• Qualifications at university level in IT, science, business, or management
• More than 5 years in IT and 2 years in a similar managerial position
• Experience in developing and controlling budgets for IT operations.
• General knowledge in manufacturing, financial, commercial, logistics processes and applications.
• General knowledge in IT infrastructure (LAN/WAN, telecom, infrastructure applications)
• Strong knowledge on business process analysis.
• Strong experience in project management, demand management and service operations.
• Experience collaborating with diverse, geographically distributed teams of internal and external staff.
• ITIL training is beneficial.
• High level of written and verbal English language skills required.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 based systems
• Experience in the automotive industry
