Data Science Specialist

Role Overview:

As a Data Science Practitioner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing AI/ML-driven decision-making frameworks that enhance business outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to solve data-driven challenges and ensure the successful deployment of AI/ML solutions. This role requires expertise in data science, data analytics, and data interpretation, along with strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in Python for data science and machine learning applications.
• 1-2 years of experience in Data Science, including AI/ML model development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in data analysis and interpretation.
• Ability to work with large datasets and perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.
• Experience with statistical modeling, machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn).
• Strong communication skills to explain complex AI/ML solutions to stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Scala (not mandatory but a plus).
• Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is beneficial.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
