Job Summary

Utilize advanced insights from sales operations research to pinpoint critical issues and improvement opportunities, crafting industry-leading solutions. This role requires the development of AI-driven tools to streamline sales activities, significantly enhancing efficiency and lead management. The ideal candidate will work closely with various teams to foster a unified customer data ecosystem and lead the transformation of seller workflows for optimal user experience.

Job Requirements

• Design and implement solutions to improve sales processes and technology applications using AI and automation.
• Develop standard sales tools and workflows, reducing manual tasks and improving lead management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support dynamic account management with a comprehensive customer data system.
• Lead the redesign of end-to-end seller workflows to ensure an exceptional user experience.
• Utilize data-driven insights for design decisions, aligning solutions with business objectives and user needs.
  
  

Must have Skills:

• Proficiency in prototyping and design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong background in user-centered design processes for web and mobile.
• Exceptional problem-solving capacities, especially in sales enhancements through digital transformation.
  
  

Industry Experience Required:

3+ years in interaction or product design, preferably within sales or SaaS environments.
