What You Will Be Doing

As a Network Administrator for the Greenville Site Operations Team, you will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting network infrastructure to ensure reliable and secure operations. This role involves managing network hardware and software, including switches, routers, and UPS systems, while also overseeing user account management, access permissions, and security protocols. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, implement network upgrades, and ensure compliance with corporate and industry standards. Additionally, you will support IT development projects, such as cabling installations, infrastructure upgrades, and new facility network setups. This role offers an opportunity to make a direct impact on the efficiency and security of critical business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, install, and maintain network hardware and software, including switches, routers, and UPS systems.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings, ensuring proper access control and compliance.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and implement necessary upgrades or repairs.
• Ensure compliance with industry and corporate network security standards.
• Maintain an accurate asset inventory and coordinate procurement for necessary network equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT infrastructure needs and resolve technical challenges.
• Implement and support IT development projects, such as cabling work, end-of-life equipment replacements, infrastructure renovations, and new facility network setups.
• Document network configurations, updates, and procedures for ongoing maintenance and future planning.
• Proactively identify and address potential network vulnerabilities, ensuring a secure and reliable IT environment.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $64,400 - $123,400. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
