Role Overview:

We are looking for a Data Analyst to support the calibration of a ride wait times algorithm. This role involves analyzing data from OpenSearch and Excel, identifying when the algorithm needs adjustment, and updating parameters in DynamoDB through the AWS console.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze data from OpenSearch and Excel to identify trends and performance issues.
• Monitor algorithm performance and recognize when updates are necessary.
• Apply parameter updates using DynamoDB in the AWS console.
• Document calibration decisions and results.
• Collaborate with the development team to adjust algorithm behavior.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong data analysis skills with Excel and data visualization tools.
• Experience with AWS services, especially DynamoDB.
• Familiarity with OpenSearch or similar data tools.
• Ability to understand and evaluate algorithm performance.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with algorithm calibration.
• Familiarity with queue management or theme park operations.
• Scripting experience with NodeJS.
