About the Project:

As part of its AI transformation strategy, Kyivstar is investing in the integration of Generative AI into day-to-day processes and product development. One of the key directions of this strategy is building AI assistants and services powered by Big Data, Cloud, and AI technologies. You will play a crucial role in designing and implementing AI-driven solutions using advanced tools like Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.

Your Responsibilities:

· Build document parsing and data collection pipelines;

· Build data structures for AI assistants;

· Develop AI assistants;

· Fine-tune LLMs;

· Prepare development and deploy documentation for DevOps team;

· Plan project, explain approaches and discuss results / business impacts with customers.

Necessary skills:

· 4+ year experience with Python (statistical, data mining, ML, DL, NLP packages);

· Strong Python skills with experience in writing scalable software modules;

· Fundamental knowledge of ML/DL theoretical concepts;

· Good knowledge of SQL and experience working with Relational Databases;

· Experience in NLP techniques, vector storages and semantic search;

· Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and Al-driven content generation (LangChain preferred);

· Experience in parsing and extracting data from unstructured and semi-structured documents (PDF, markdown, docx, etc.);

· Good understanding of RESTful APls and web-development basic skills;

· Proficiency in Git and Docker.

Would be a plus:

· Experience with speech-to-text, text-to-speech;

· Experience with DL models fine-tuning;

· Experience with Data Science within Telecom;

· Experience with PySpark;

· Experience with Azure/AWS.
