Business Analyst - Dubai

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our client to contribute to innovative projects that drive the future of digital solutions.

Based in Dubai, with some flexibility for remote work, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge products within a fast-growing company.

Role Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product owners and tech leads to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Facilitate requirement workshops, interviews, and brainstorming sessions to define user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to ensure solutions align with business goals and technical capabilities.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical delivery.
• Support agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Create detailed process flows, user journey maps, and functional specifications to guide development.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in developing business cases for proposed projects.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in the FX, trading or financial services industry.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL) and agile methodologies (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record in agile settings.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for stakeholders.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with B2C applications and the FX, trading or fintech industry is a strong plus.
