LATAM Product Management Manager - HVAC

Job Description: in this role, you will be responsible for:

• Understand and track the market trends, identify the implications and prepare an action plan when needed;
• Responsible for create, update and support the subsidiaries in the strategic plan. and work with PMs/leaders to implement it
• Prepare business cases to expand the addressable market and chase the approval with HQ;
• Be the interface among local subsidiary level PMs and HQ;
• Monitor/supervise product launching/introduction to each subsidiary;
• Gather market data and consolidate market figures among all subsidiaries.
• Track and analyze competitor’s movements (price, new products, marketing activities, organization, etc.);
• Prepare comparisons with main competitors, emphasizing Samsung sweet spots;
• Manage Samsung product roadmap, clearly defining product value proposition;
• Support the contents generation for the main HVAC stakeholders' needs.
• Manage literature creation & update tech and commercial guides and manuals;
• Active participation in HVAC associations and class entities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or related areas;
• Solid experience in Product Management;
• Necessary HVAC industry experience;
• Desirable Latin America experience;
• Good management skills, result oriented;
• Proficiency in English. Spanish is a plus.
