Job Description:

Experience required

Min 5+ years of overall experience.
1 year of experience in the parameterization or support of an Avaloq platform
3 years of experience in the banking transactional field (Stex, Corpac, Settlement ...)
Avaloq Certification

Responsibilities

Provide 2nd level Avaloq and peripheral support.
Support, prioritize, coordinate and track production incidents on the Avaloq platform as well as on certain peripherals.
In collaboration with other entities of the Tech & Ops division, initiate the opening of problems aimed at proposing sustainable solutions to recurring incidents or high impact incidents.

LANGUAGES

Level of French: Advance.
English level: Advance
