Role Overview:

As a Senior Python Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying robust applications. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions while contributing to every stage of the development lifecycle. Your ability to write clean, maintainable code and solve complex technical problems will be essential to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python.
• Build scalable and high-performance systems, ensuring efficient and secure data flow.
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Work closely with the frontend development team to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Debug and troubleshoot technical issues and improve the system’s overall performance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Python development.
• Strong knowledge of Python frameworks such as Django or Flask.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and working with third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with database systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries.
• Experience with version control tools like Git.
• Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with asynchronous programming and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS) is a plus.
• Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, etc.
• Strong understanding of security best practices and data protection regulations.
