We are on the lookout for a User Experience Expert (UXE) to join our team for working with European Institutions based in Brussels in an On site position.

Below are the details of your role and requirements.

Your role:

• Advanced analysis of the user interface requirements
• Review of usability requirements
• User interface design specifications and user interface design implementation
• Visual prototype
• Evaluation of user interfaces
• Elaborate navigation mapping design
• Application of EEAS standards
• Facilitate integration of the design by the developers
• Collaborate in the elaboration and maintenance of User Interface Standards
• Supervision and mentoring of Interface Designers and User Experience Consultants

Requirements:

Who we think you are:

Knowledge and competences

• Experience as a UX consultant, UX researcher, Digital communicator or equivalent
• Advance knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript
• Experience with UI Design tools - Sketch, Adobe Suite XD or equivalent
• Knowledge of web technologies and standards (e.g. HTML, XML, CSS, SEO, web analytics)
• Knowledge of prototyping, wire framing, interaction flows, information architecture and user testing
• Advance knowledge in user interface ergonomics
• Proficiency in design and graphical tools
• Capacity in writing and presenting studies
