Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach with a strong technical background in software development and deep expertise in Agile methodologies and scaling frameworks.

  • The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering an Agile mindset across teams, implementing scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, etc.), and driving Agile transformations at the project, program, and portfolio levels.
  • This role requires exceptional coaching, facilitation, and change management skills, along with the ability to collaborate with senior leadership to optimize Agile adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Agile transformations by implementing scaling frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, and Kanban.
  • Coach and mentor Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership in Agile best practices.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, training sessions, and workshops to enhance Agile maturity.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and improve Agile delivery across teams.
  • Support teams in Agile project and product development using tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Guide teams in Agile portfolio management and strategic alignment with business goals.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through Agile metrics, retrospectives, and feedback loops.
  • Assist in change management efforts to support Agile adoption at different organizational levels.
  • Advocate for Agile engineering practices such as TDD, BDD, XP (Extreme Programming), Clean Code, Test Automation, and Structured Requirements.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in project and program management within Agile environments.
  • 2+ years of experience implementing Agile Scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, etc.).

Skills

  • Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
  • Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) and Scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, etc.).
  • Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.

  • interpersonal and communication skills
  • Legal authorization

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in Agile portfolio management and strategic planning.
  • Technical background in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of software development best practices, including TDD, BDD, XP, Test Automation, Functional and Non-Functional Requirements.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
