Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain secure, high-availability systems in complex multi-vendor environments.
• Build and scale cloud-native applications leveraging AWS services.
• Develop and enhance digital identity and authentication solutions.
• Implement robust APIs and backend services for critical public sector applications.
• Ensure compliance with strict government security standards.

What You’ll Need

5+ years of hands-on software development experience.

Fluent in Finnish (mandatory for project requirements).

Proficiency in:

• Backend: Java (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud), Node.js (Express.js)
• Frontend: React, TypeScript
• Cloud: AWS (Lambda, RDS, ElasticCache, Kubernetes, Terraform)
• APIs: REST, JSON, SOAP, GraphQL
• Security: JWT, SSO, SAML 2, OpenID Connect, VAHTI 1/2013 standards
• DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Ansible
• Testing: TDD, JUnit, Selenium
• Experience in high-security government environments (ST IV/III) is a plus.
