Job Description

We're looking for a Software Engineering Intern to join Beamy's tech team for a 5-6 month internship. You'll work alongside experienced Software and Data Engineers in an innovative startup environment, gaining hands-on experience in both software engineering and data engineering practices.

MISSIONS

• Assist the development team in building and maintaining features for our data detection and monitoring platform
• Learn and contribute to our NodeJS/TypeScript codebase under the mentorship of senior developers
• Support production and run tasks including debugging, data imports, and proof of concepts for custom client needs
• Participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies to understand the development lifecycle
• Help with testing and debugging tasks
  
  

TECHNICAL ENVIRONMENT

• Backend: Node.js (Nest.js), TypeScript
• Frontend: Vue 3 (Nuxt 3)
• Database: MySQL
• Cloud & Infrastructure: GCP, Docker, Kubernetes

Who We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and web development
• Interest in backend development and Node.js
• Eager to learn and grow in a startup environment
• Basic understanding of git and version control

• Compensation: 1300€ to 1500€ per month
