Embedded Software Engineer – Sensor Technologies

This role offers the opportunity to develop embedded software for smartphones, automotive systems, IoT devices, smartwatches, and other consumer electronics.

You will be involved in the full product lifecycle, from early research and development to commercial deployment, collaborating with software, systems, and integration/test engineers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize embedded software in C/C++ for sensor systems.
• Implement and embed neural networks on hardware accelerators using frameworks like TensorFlowMicro.
• Optimize ML and DSP algorithms for low-power, low-memory environments.
• Architect software frameworks for CPU, MCU, and GPU implementations.
• Translate SoC hardware requirements into software models and frameworks.
• Prototype and validate reference platforms for mobile, wearables, and IoT devices.
• Collaborate with global teams on hardware, software, and system integration.

Skills & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years in embedded software development and system integration.
• Programming: C, C++, Python, MATLAB, RTOS, DSP, algorithm optimization.
• Machine Learning: Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, SVMs, neural networks.
• Embedded Systems: SoC architecture, low-power design, device drivers, peripherals (I2C, I3C, SPI).
• Tools & Development: Git, Perforce, Google Test, profiling & debugging tools.
