AI/ML Engineer – Ireland (Hybrid/Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for real-world applications.
• Work with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn to build and optimize ML pipelines.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines using Apache Airflow, DBT, and Spark for large-scale processing.
• Deploy and scale models on Azure Machine Learning, AWS SageMaker, or Google Vertex AI.
• Utilize SQL, NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB), and Snowflake for data storage and retrieval.
• Implement MLOps best practices, including model monitoring, retraining, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Work with NLP, Computer Vision, and Deep Learning frameworks for advanced AI applications.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to develop AI-driven solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or data science.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) for AI/ML model deployment.
• Knowledge of big data technologies (Apache Spark, Hadoop) and streaming data (Kafka, Kinesis).
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools for ML model deployment.
• Familiarity with feature engineering, hyperparameter tuning, and model interpretability techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile, fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in NLP (Hugging Face, spaCy) or Computer Vision (OpenCV, YOLO, Detectron2).
• Exposure to AutoML tools and Generative AI models.
• Knowledge of edge AI and federated learning concepts.
