The Junior Analytic Consultant within the Consumer Insights Team is responsible for the execution, managing, and delivery of larger or much complex projects, expected to manage client relationships independently and play a role in guiding juniors.

The Junior Analytic Consultant within the Consumer Insights Team is responsible for the execution, managing, and delivery of larger or much complex projects, expected to manage client relationships independently and play a role in guiding juniors.
Responsibilities
- Play a major role in the delivery of projects including the research design of the proposal, questionnaire, analytical plan, and report
- Grow client relationship & expand collaboration with the client to the higher level
- Conduct verbal presentation of the findings, either partial or full presentation to the client
- Provide client servicing on more advanced questions and continue to build industry knowledge to gain expertise
- Provide coaching & guidance to junior associates in relevant project management topics
- Establish a working relationship with the vendor/ operations hub
- Be an expert in advanced research methods & techniques, share this knowledge with junior team members via trainings
- Italian: Mother Tongue or Fluent, written and spoken. English: Fluent, written, and spoken
- Ideally 1 to 3 years as a quantitative Market Researcher, in a Research Agency
- Proven at least 1 year of experience in the FMCG/ Retail sector or equivalent with knowledge of consumer insights methods and approach (both qualitative and quantitative)
- End-to-end project management skills (from project start to presentation)
- Ability to independently build and manage the relationship with the client by effective project management and delivery
- Strong client-facing and communication/presentation skills – deliver research results to stakeholders on the client’s side in a clear, consistent manner
- Full proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel (medium)
- Preferable: knowledge of advanced statistics (data mining; predictive statistical models; multivariate analysis, data processing)
- Work in dynamic environment engaging with local and global companies.
