Data Visualization Specialist

As we expand, we are looking for a Junior Data Visualization Specialist to join our team in Riga. This role will focus on Salesforce Datorama, helping transform marketing and business data into actionable insights. What you'll do;

• Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Salesforce Datorama to support internal and client teams.
• Gather, clean, and analyze marketing and business data from multiple sources.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and visualization best practices.
• Collaborate with digital marketing, analytics, and client teams to understand reporting needs and deliver insights.
• Optimize data pipelines and dashboard performance for better efficiency.
• Provide ad hoc reports and insights to stakeholders as required.

What you'll need;

• 1+ years of experience in data analysis or data visualization (preferably in marketing, digital media, or business intelligence).
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Datorama or a strong willingness to learn it.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, or similar).
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation).
• Basic knowledge of SQL and/or JavaScript for dashboard customization is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Has great time management and organisational skills as well as the ability to multitask
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Fluency in English is a must, as the role will be collaborating with teams across Europe and Americas
