Senior Project Manager – Global Business Services (GBS)

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive GBS-related transitions, process improvements, and project execution. This role ensures smooth project delivery by managing scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder alignment while enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
• Develop project plans, manage risks, dependencies, and drive accountability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
• Mentor junior project managers and enhance team performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

✅ bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience).

✅ 10+ years of experience in project management or project delivery.

✅ 3-5 years of GBS transition experience.

✅ Strong understanding of GBS models & project management.

✅ PMP Certification (Preferred) & experience in Agile methodologies.

✅ Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills.

✅ Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) & PM tools (Clarity, MS Project, JIRA, Confluence).

🎯 Preferred: Lean Six Sigma Certification, experience in workflow management & reporting.
